I am an adventure lover that loves to try new things. At heart, or maybe in my head, I am actually scared to do lots of stuff, but I usually try it out anyways and have yet to actually poop my pants (as much as I think I am going to sometimes!)

I am very passionate about powerlifting, Olympic lifting, rowing and CrossFit, with a new focus on nutrition through eating a diet free of grains, legumes and sugar.
